BABY SHOWER YOGA
Prana Prenatal Yoga and Education makes house calls! We will send a certified teacher and all necessary props so you can include yoga as a part of your special event. This is a great idea for baby showers. All of our instructors are prenatal certified so the class will be safe and relaxing for the expecting mama. Special event classes can be held at your home, at a venue, or at our studio. You can also include Reiki, essential oils, guided meditation, and mini-massage in your party package.

MOTHER'S BLESSING CEREMONY
Moving into motherhood, whether for the first or subsequent times is a momentous right of passage for any woman. In this ceremony, a gathering of your most trusted and close female family and friends will unite to offer prayers, blessings, share birth stories, and offer support, love and nurturing as you prepare for the arrival of your baby and move into your new role as a Mama.
We facilitate this by leading the event, holding the space for everyone to participate including guided meditations, blessing rituals and customizing it to your specific cultural or religious customs.
