WOMEN'S YOGA
This inclusive class at Prana Prenatal Yoga and Education is designed to meet the needs of women in all stages of life. You'll stretch, strengthen, increase your heart rate, and complete your practice with deep relaxation. All levels of experience are welcome and students are encouraged to use their intuition to modify the practice to serve their needs.
