There are numerous families (and families-to-be) leaving the City and setting up home in Westchester and the surrounding areas. From what we've seen, many do not know of the numerous resources located right here in their backyard. You don't have to journey into Manhattan to get top quality products and services for both mom and baby! Let them know you're here by exhibiting at the Prana Prenatal & Newborn Expo! This will be the FIRST baby expo in the area as re-opening commences and the FIRST in Westchester County!
As this is our inaugural expo, we are starting small with a very limited number of tables available. In order to give our attendees a variety of different vendors to meet, we are capping each business category to two tables max. Get your registration form in soon!

HEALTH & SAFETY MEASURES
The safety of our attendees and vendors is of the highest concern. The Space at Westchester Avenue is 6500 square feet of open space. We are limiting the number of vendors and attendee tickets to ensure plenty of distance. The venue will remain at less than 70% capacity throughout the day.
The other following health and safety measures will be in place:
By entering the venue, you and your guests are confirming that you have not been exposed to COVID-19, you are not experiencing any COVID-19 related symptoms as identified by the CDC, or have a temperature of 100.4°F or greater. If you feel ill or are experiencing COVID-19 related symptoms, please stay home.
Assumption of Risk: While New York State and Westchester County have among the highest vaccination rates in the nation, there is still an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 and its variants in any public place where people are present, notwithstanding our efforts. We cannot guarantee you will not be exposed during your visit. By attending the Expo, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and its variants.

- Tickets will be sold in timed blocks (10a-12p, 12-2p, and 2-4p) to limit crowds.
- Masks are required for ALL attendees and vendors over the age of 2, no matter vaccination status. We will have extras on hand.
- There will be no onsite ticket sales to limit touchpoints.
- Check in staff will also be wearing gloves.
- Hand sanitizer will be abundant throughout the venue and at each vendor table.
- We will be disinfecting high touch areas every hour and after each educational session.
- Doors and windows of venue will remain open for steady airflow.
- Check in table will be located outdoors to limit indoor lines and congregation.
