MONDAY MAMA MEET UP
Join Prana Prenatal Yoga and Education for our Monday Mama Meet Up, held weekly at 11:30. This is an informal group that gets together to chat about many topics but, since it is facilitated by a Certified Lactation Counselor, you may ask questions about the journey of feeding infants in a supportive and non-judgmental atmosphere.
We welcome mamas and babies of all ages who feed in all modalities (breast, formula or combination feeders). Be in community and meet new moms while feeding your baby!
